1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery Timelines & Schedule: We are committed to delivering your products in excellent condition and as quickly as possible.

  • Standard Games: Shipments are usually delivered within 2–3 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • Hardware & Merchandise: Larger items (Consoles, Accessories, Merchandise) are usually delivered within 3–7 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • Shipping Days: We ship from Monday to Saturday, excluding public and bank holidays.

Note: While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., natural calamities, pandemics, or courier operational issues).

Tracking: You can track your order status in real-time via the "Your Orders" page on our website.

Shipping Charges:

  • Orders above ₹999: Free Shipping.
  • Orders of ₹999 or below: A flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies.

Remote Areas & Surcharges: Deliveries to remote locations may take longer than standard timelines. Additionally, if your pin code is categorized as an "Extended Delivery Location" (EDL) by our delivery partner, additional surcharges may apply. In such cases, we will inform you of the charges prior to dispatch.

Digital Products: This shipping policy does not apply to digital products (e.g., PlayStation Store Gift Cards, PC Digital Codes), as these are delivered instantly via email.

2. PRE-ORDER SHIPPING POLICY

Release Date Delivery: We generally dispatch pre-ordered products one day prior to the official release date. Our goal is to ensure the product reaches you on the release date.

Delays & Liability: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, the company is not liable for delays in the release date, shipment, or delivery caused by the publisher, supplier, or courier logistics.

Scope: This policy applies strictly to not-yet-released products in India.
