Return & Refunds

1. RETURN POLICY

Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns for products that have manufacturing defects, were damaged in transit, or if an incorrect item was delivered. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging with all components and accessories included.

Timelines & Procedure:

  • Defective / Damaged Items: Must be reported within 14 days from the date of dispatch.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive a product you did not order, please ship it back to us in its original packaging.
  • How to Initiate: You must provide prior intimation before returning an item. You can write to us at helpdesk@gamestheshop.com or contact us on WhatsApp: +91 98333 23529.

Shipping Costs: Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered "Final Sale" and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Digital games
  • Gift cards
  • Bundles containing digital products

Games the Shop retains the final right to accept or decline any return request.

2. REFUND POLICY

Process: Once you initiate a return, refunds will be processed within 6–7 working days after receiving and verifying the returned product. Refunds will be credited to the original payment mode used for the order.

Cancellations: A 3% cancellation fee will be deducted from any order cancelled by the customer.

Digital Orders: No refunds will be issued for digital orders once the code has been delivered. In exceptional cases (at our discretion), a refund may be processed to the original mode of payment.
