PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Dying Light is a first-person, action survival horror game set in a vast and dangerous open world. During the day, players traverse an expansive urban environment overrun by a vicious outbreak, scavenging the world for supplies and crafting weapons to defend against the growing infected population. At night, the hunter becomes the hunted, as the infected become aggressive and more dangerous. Most frightening are the predators which only appear after sundown. Players must use everything in their power to survive until the morning’s first light.

Good Night. Good Luck.

Survive the Night – During the day, players roam free and scavenge for supplies and weapons. But at night, the world undergoes a deadly transformation: the hunter becomes the hunted as the infected grow more aggressive and numerous, and something far more sinister awakens to stalk its prey.

Free Running Movement – Whether tracking prey or escaping predators, Dying Light lets players swiftly navigate the world by seamlessly leaping between buildings, grappling up walls and pouncing on unsuspecting enemies.

Welcome to the Quarantine – Dying Light is set in a vast open world, delivering expansive and varied environments, a wide variety of enemy classes and a hopeless tale of survival where resources are scarce and the infected are not the only threat.

Brutal Melee and Ranged Combat – get up-close using a variety of light and heavy weapons including knives, bats, axes, sledgehammers and more exotic weaponry or utilize guns and other firepower to take down enemies from a distance.

Choose Your Play Style – Dying Light features four playable characters that can be fully customized and upgraded to match any play style.

Craft Your Weapon – Why use a wrench when you can use a wrench wrapped in electrified barb wire? Dying Light’s sizeable crafting system enables players to create a slew of new, more potent weapons and equipment, as well as specialized ammunition.

Breathtaking Visuals and Gameplay – Dying Light is the first game powered by Chrome Engine 6, a cutting edge incarnation of Techland’s proprietary technology, designed from the ground up for the new console generation, DirectX 11 and other advanced solutions.

The best zombie game ever, I really like the how this game is truly open-world, I can climb on anything that can be climbed in real world. The scariest is the night time and sometimes you do get scared, best to be played in a dark-room, all alone, with your best head-set on to get the ultimate experience. The game is huge, story mode is very nice, but the side quests are equally great, the map size is pretty big but I feel that it is comparatively smaller than what you get in the latest GTA, but still the map size is quite big considering that you are travelling on foot. Some zombies can popup right out of an unsuspecting window or a man-hole which makes this game all the more real and gives you the feeling that you are fighting for your survival and you need to be on your guard all the time. Bullets are scarce in the beginning so you have no option but to combat zombies with hand-made weapons. I didn't have the strong-will to play this game during the in-game night time because the zombies become all the more vicious at night time, they become more powerful, more agile and more alert in night time, you need to be really really careful at night time, try to avoid getting seen by them at all cost. Make sure you are in a safe-house when night comes, otherwise you'll be walking dinner for all the zombies out there, you get more points if you do your tasks or roam around the city at night, but surviving the night to live to tell the tale is not a piece of cake. And if you were thinking what difference does it make by getting killed, so let me tell you that getting killed takes away your hard-earned game-points that you need to get new weapons and learn new skills, basically if you are getting killed all the time then you will not be able to upgrade yourself and thereby never be able to finish this game, so dying in this game has a negative impact, so avoid dying in this game There are some quests and side-quests that can only be done in night time, these are some of the most thrilling tasks, make 1 mistake and you'll get chased by zombies all over the locality you are in like rabid dogs, best to learn your map and the safe houses before doing these tasks. Although the year has only started and some great games are expected to come out in a few months time, but this game truly deserves to be The Game Of the Year. Noise attracts zombies so don't make any noise while playing this game. Don't fire any bullets unless necessary or unless you have a lot of bullets to waste. Like the game says Goodnight and Good luck(you are going to need it....)
